Problems with security question and answer

Hello, dear people!! I'm sorry for bothering, but i need help. I already had set my security and answet question, but when i log in and they're asked, i write the answer -which i know it's not wrong- but it says it's not that, so i've had to click on "i forgot" to set them again. So far, all good, but the problem is since i set it again, i've had to do that over and over again every time i log in, and i put the answer i set -which, again, i know it's not wrong-, but no, i have to click again on "i forgot". Now this time i did it again and i received the code in my email to set again the question and the answer, but it says thay is not the right code, so i did it again -ask the code to send it to my email-, but again it says that's not the right code. So now i can't even reset the security question and answer and of course i can't log in. Would you please help me with this issue? Thank you very much for your attention. |

Hello there again!! Ok, people, look. I already could set again the security question and answer, but i'll still have the problem i talked about, which is going to be asked when i try to log in again plus it will say that is not the right answer, so i'll have to do the same process to set them again. So... would you help me please? And as i said, i'm sorry for bothering you guys so much. Thank you for your attention again. |
